This chandelier doesn’t look like the picture. It’s not metallic as it states “metallic ore.” It’s just flat painted brown. Not even painted well. The seller will take it back ONLY if I pay $400 in shipping!! Basically they are charging $400 to look at their ugly light. Ridiculous! It’s a high end item and the seller shouldn’t be allowed to misrepresent the products. The seller sent an email to the manufacturer who said it was the light we ordered and all metallics are different. Hmm. Metallic isn’t brown. They just don’t want to take it back. They would pay the shipping if we’d lied and said it was damaged. So since we were honest, we’re out $400. Or we can do what the seller suggested and try to resell it. Really? The customer support emails were nice but at the end of the day, unhelpful. I’m not in the business to sell lights. Losing $400 isn’t right. Amazon should take this seller down. Scam.
