I ordered this in the largest version for above my kitchen island. It makes a great impact! Probably also could have gone with the next size down (22in?) for little less impact but still would be fine in the space. My island is 3 ft wide about 6 feet long. It took about 2 weeks to receive pendant. There was a chip in a bottom corner of the pendant about dime size. Frustrated since I spent over $2000 on this that there were any defects but it's too big too deal with sending back. The other issue is that 1 or 2 small areas of the acrylic has some wave in it. Not extremely noticeable but can be seen. Best way to describe is similar in appearance when you see the heat radiate off extremely hot road how it's still clear and you can see through it but has some distortion. Both flaws I can live with to avoid the exchange hassle but a little disappointed. Other note to mention is the bulbs. One key factor in picking a fixture for me was wattage. This seemed to have the large amount I was looking for. However the trendy bulbs that come with pendant are the same wattage as listed but because of the type do not radiate the same light as traditional bulbs. I swapped out the included bulb for a traditional chandelier bulb with same wattage and it produced the strong amount of light I was hoping for. Was relatively easy for my electrician to install. While I might hesitate recommending getting this pendant shipped instead of a lighting store in your town, I do love love love this fixture. Such impact! 4 stars for style, minus a star for small livable defects.
