I bought this rug in a smaller size for my dinning room and loved it so much I wanted to put one in my remodeled family room so I ordered it in blue. It arrived very quickly and then I decided I had made a design mistake and should have ordered it in grey. I reached out to the seller to make sure they had the one I needed and to see if I could exchange it. They assured me they had the rug and they could exchange it. I sent the rug back and notified them I had and they had already sent out the replacement rug. It arrived a couple days after they said it would but that was on Fedx not the seller. The rug is of a very nice quality and looks great.
