    If you are looking for a soft rug, this is not what you want to purchase. These rugs are very thick and sturdy, my cat even tries using it as a scratcher! Also, they shed their fibers A LOT -- whenever I vacuum the fibers come out MORE so I have to vacuum around the mat after to pick up all the tiny fibers that came off. It has also pricked me and my roommate on the feet several times, so it is poky enough where the fibers can stick in your feet (through socks even!)

    I only gave it a three star rating because we got a lime and a watermelon too and they look super cute together, but are not exactly all that we were hoping for, unfortunately.
