They sell it at their price, then they order it from Amazon at a cheaper price and have them send it. The Overlook Carpet I received looked nothing like what was in their picture and was cheap. I filed a return, they set it up so I cannot enter a tracking number after I sent the item with a label UPS provided. I contacted them and they refuse to respond. I believe they are scamming people and eBay has been notified.Follow-up from: e***i- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.After leaving feedback, they sent me a request to revise it, yet refuse to respond to my messages. The item was returned and received and they have refused to issue a refund, they have an away message that changes daily, but can request feedback revision, but cannot respond to messages or give me my refund. This is a con artist. I have reported them to eBay, Amazon, filed a police report, and reported them to IC3, the FBI Cyber division. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CON ARTIS!!!
