    The pillow is nice enough; looks like the advertisement. But the pillow cover has a defective zipper. Doesn't open, doesn't zip. I can't imagine why a product is shipped all the way from China without anyone at least testing this tiny thing.I guess no one ever heard of quality control. Besides, it came in an enormous box, big enough for a small table. Do I have to mail that back??? This is the worst experience I have ever had with an order from Amazon; I recommend NO ONE buy from this designer, ever.
