Love this pillow! - nicer than expected. I purchased it to use as an "outdoor" pillow, however it immediately found it's home on a living room chair club chair where it will stay. It is well-stitched, and has a nice "low profile" zipper on the back. The grey backside is a neutral color - just fine for us. The included insert arrived in a "vacuum sealed" bag...cut it open and it comes to shape. When inserted into the pillow cover, it makes a nice firm pillow (not squishy). Looks great and gives good back support! The instructions say if you want the insert to have more fluff, to put the insert (but not the cover) into a warm dryer for 20 minutes, so there is that option if someone wants a more fluffy insert.
