I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer's order, but mine came with both the pillow cover and the insert. It's hard to believe this type of woven pillow (think chunky embroidery) can stand up to the outdoors, but ours got christened in a downpour the day after putting it outside, and it came through beautifully. It's a great quality and really pretty. Love this designer.
