I was worried about the items arriving in one piece. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The order was shipped in two boxes. Both were shipped in molded foam packing. The box for the pole was a little banged up. The quality of the items were about what I expected though the base could be a little sturdier. I thought it might be cast aluminum but it is stamped. A little overpriced. Still all said and done I would recommend the purchase.
