    Not impressed with Knobs and Beyond...

    Took 3 days to hear back about my return, and I have to pay to ship my items back for an exchange when the Amazon description was wrong in the first place (wrong size completely), AND pay a 25% RESTOCKING FEE. Don't bother with them. Use a search engine to find what you need elsewhere.

    It's been 3 business days, and my replacement items still haven't shipped. I will not be a repeat customer.

    This pull is nice and solid. It looks just like the picture, and it easily accommodates a 4-finger grip. We purchased singles of many different knobs and pulls, in order to preview some choices. A family member looked at this one and said "it looks like plumbing pipes," which ruined it for me.
