    Very disappointing. Not the usual Top Knob quality. I purchased four crystal knobs with the oil rubbed bronze finish. In the online photo you can see a design inside the crystal knob. The ones I received have nothing inside the glass, you can see the back of the mounting. Very disappointing, as was the return process when I found out there is a 20% restocking fee even though I purchased these on my Prime membership. There is no mention of this in the product description.
