While I'd like to see studier construction in the first place, A++ for customer service! I've updated my rating to 4 stars based on their service** The organizer fits perfectly under my counters, and the slider is very smooth / well made. Unfortunately the dividers are not as well made. The plastic clips that are used to separate the pots/pans have all broken. They are very cheap. Without the dividers to hold the pans nicely organized, this is completely worthless.

    I bought these for my new pots and pans. I was able to easily install them in the lower part of the cabinet, and was easily able to set it up to hold two pots and three pans. However, after about a week, one of the U shaped dividers that has a plastic part the connects it to the railing broke. This has made it harder to place a second pot in that part of the device.

    Generally I am satisfied with the product, just wish I had a way to get a replacement part.

    Claims to fit a cabinet 11-15” wide. Cabinet installer went to put this in and said it is way too narrow. He would have to build offsets to be able to mount the rails for the pull out. If your cabinet is more than 12” wide, look for a better option.

En effet, les séparateurs tombent souvent quand je mets un poêlon. De plus, pour être vraiment pratique, il ne faut pas avoir une tablette au dessus car les longues poignées des poêlons se cognent et empêchent une fermeture simple.
