I wrote to the seller but received no reply. After I contacted eBay, the seller finally responded but tried to make it look like I was at fault. I have been buying and selling products for years, and I have never seen such an irresponsible seller. I’ve been messaging for 10 days asking for help — either send me the correct housing/case or issue a partial refund — but the seller keeps blaming me inReply from: micsurplus- Feedback replied by seller micsurplus.- Feedback replied by seller micsurplus.Buyer used a third party shipper to his country and 3rd party shipper didn't package well and must of got damaged in process. I offered him plenty of chances to return item for refund or exchange but he just wants money. Sellers beware. My item arrived to his address he used in this country in good condition unfortunately I am not able to give into his demands. We are very reasonable in wanting to inspect if the item was in fact damaged.
