    I purchased 43 total knobs or pulls from Top Knobs, and I'm frankly shocked that within weeks after installing the pulls, the finish is chipping off. Several of the pulls had small chips when we received them, due to poor packaging - the pulls banged together during shipping. I gave the product the benefit of the doubt - I've specified Top Knobs as an architect for custom homes, and have never heard of a problem, but now I really wonder how they are holding up in clients' homes. I would not recommend buying this product, as both a homeowner and a professional.

    I am so very disappointed in these. After only 4 weeks, the finish is scratching and chipping off on almost every pull I have. I installed the MUCH less expensive brand of these in my bathroom and have had no problems after a year of use. The Top Knobs are terrible quality and I have had no help from customer service. Amazon replaced the chipped one's for me, but the new ones have already done the same thing. Save yourself a lot of money and frustration and buy the other brand.
