I contacted Westwoods, and got an immediate response and apology, and they sent me another. Really nice customer service. By the way, only one piece needed replaced, but they still packaged it well-padded in a box, not a bag!

Shipping by the Westwood hardware was fast but then Ebay or the company they hired to transport the piece made a total shambles of it taking 2 months to get them to me. And to think that Ebay USA is now changing a percentage on shipping which is disgusting in of itself, for this poopy service is downright outrageous. Loved the seller and product, not a fan of the shipping.
