My wife and I picked out these Modern Avalon house numbers, and we couldn't be happier. They're a great size (not to large, not too small), and have the right amount of mid-century charm for our home. These numbers come with pegs that you can use if you choose to, and the color is pretty true to what's pictured.
The one minor issue I have with these numbers is that they aren't the same width, so if you decide to stack them vertically, it may take a while to get them centered properly. That said, if you like this typeface, go ahead and pick out your numbers. You'll love them.
