I ordered this from a company called light shine. When it arrived it had a lot of scratches, seven loose crystals and five damaged (chipped)crystals. I called the company which is urban lights in Denver. They refunded $100 and ordered me five new crystals and some touchup gold paint for the scratches. I’m not completely convinced this was a new chandelier. The crystals were splattered with some kind of a spray, had a lot of fingerprints and thick dust. I Spent a lot of time tightening the loose crystals, replacing the damaged ones and trying to clean all the dust and dried spray and fingerprints. I did find a couple of scratches on 3 crystals but I don’t think anyone will notice as ....Now it looks beautiful!
