    I ordered two of these chandeliers via my contractor (NRC Builders & Home Maintenance - for verification purposes) about a year ago. As I was in the midst of renovations, I ordered these items through my contractor because I knew in advance that I would need an electrician to assemble the items.

    I few weeks later, the items arrived. Unfortunately, they were the wrong chandeliers. My contractor notified Amazon Customer Service for assistance. They verified that the item number they sent to the seller was correct. The fault lay with the seller. My contractor waited for a further response from Amazon with no results. He then had to contact the seller directly in California.

    He returned the wrong chandeliers at my expense and waited for the correct items to arrive. This whole process took three months by the time the correct items were delivered.

    I gave these items a three star rating because of the way things were handled by Amazon and Crystorama. However, this rating does not reflect the quality of the items. I give a five star rating for these items. They are of excellent quality, beautifully made and add an elegant touch to any decor.
