Just received this shipment and opened up the box. I had a similar experience to the other reviewer, though the parts were secured, not loose. The styrofoam used to pack everything is very poor quality. It's soft and easily crumbles. I, too, thought I was ordering the model with a straight, horizontal light bar as it *appears* to be in the photo. Upon closer inspection of the photo, you notice alternating light reflections on the light bar which *suggests* a curved, "S"-shaped bar. In other words, it is not clear that this product is the curved bar version. Nowhere in the description does it indicate it is curved as opposed to straight. An additional product photo showing the fixture from an above-downward angle would be EXTREMELY helpful as would indicating it is curved in the product title and description. One of the short, vertical bars which a light is attached to does not screw into the bar. It just hangs loose so I wrapped the thread in plumber's tape which seems to have done the trick. If I have any issues with installation or operation, I will update this review. Other than the curved bar, the appearance seems fine but, not a great experience so far.
