This track lighting was advertised as used and stated in full working order, including all parts. I assumed it was a floor model but it arrived with one light missing a part as well that same light's base faulty and dangling from the track. The electrical cording within the light was split thus dangerous to use as is. Totally disappointing. The only saving grace was the top notch customer service Amazon provided quickly remedying an unfortunate situation. (A++ for Amazon) (F for Access Track Lighting)
