The Access Lighting 20296-WH/FST Nauticus Wet Location Bulkhead is a transitional piece of simple elegance that will enhance almost any exterior wall with the traditional marine design of the White finished fixture and the Frosted glass shade making this a practical piece to enjoy for years to come. The 20296-WH/FST is 10-Inch in diameter and 5-Inch projection from the wall. This comes one per package, with one Frosted glass shade. The 20296-WH/FST requires one 100-Watt medium base incandescent bulb (not included). This is CUL rated for wet outdoor locations, not intended for applications near extreme saline conditions (sea front properties). We have about 20 or so of these light fixtures on the property. They are decent with thick glass enclosure. We like the design. But they don't get 5 stars because they don't last as long as they should. In a coastal environment, which is what they are made for, they don't last. The white paint peels and flakes off over time, the rubber gasket deteriorates and the two screws rust into place making it impossible to change the bulb without breaking the screw. Since we have a bunch of these and they need to all match, we order a couple at a time to replace them. Someday we will bite the bullet and replace them all at once with ones that will last. If you use these indoors, you will get better performance out of them. But in the outdoors on the ocean coast they do not last.
