The remote I ordered was not the correct one for the fan that I had just installed. Blame this on the Manufacturer for making the model numbers not so unique, which led to my issue. Nonetheless, John from Haus emailed me, not only that, he took the effort to call me and ask me how they can help us out. I was blown away, we live in the age of ecommerce, its nice to get phone calls to resolve a matter.
