This fan does not connect directly with Google Home. However, it can be paired with Google Home if you use a compatible smart fan control (sold separately). The Fanimation WFR50 Wi-Fi receiver unit is available and will allow you to connect the fan with Google Home, Alexa, and other smart home systems.

Thank you for your question. This is a flush mount ceiling fan and cannot be adjusted to a downrod ceiling fan. Based on your ceiling height, I recommend a ceiling fan that comes with a 4.5 or 6 inch down rod. I recommend a ceiling fan from the Kwad Collection - Model # FP7652BL or Kute Collection Model # FPD8534BL
Can the blade direction be reversed on the remote? I’m having trouble finding how to get the blades to push the air down…
Kelly that is a great question! In some cases the ceiling fan can be switched via remote but the reverse switch for the Hugh is on the ceiling fan. If airflow is desired in the opposite direction, turn the fan off and wait for the blades to stop turning. Remove glass or plastic cap from light kit, then slide the reverse switch inside the light kit assembly to the opposite position reinstall glass or plastic cap. Turn fan on again. Detailed instructions are also included in the Owners Manual.
How many speeds is this fan? I would like something that is variable speed or has more than 3.
The Hugh 52-in ceiling fan has 3 speeds in total. Low, Medium & High. The speeds can be controlled with the included TR500 hand-held push button remote control. To reverse the blade direction on the Hugh ceiling fan, turn the fan off and wait for the blades to come to a complete stop. Then, remove the glass or plastic cap from the light kit. You'll find the reverse switch inside the light kit assembly. Slide the switch to the opposite position and reinstall the glass or plastic cap. Finally, turn the fan back on.
Can I get a replacement glass cover for the light?
