This is a very good fan. Really glad I bought it for my enclosed sunroom. Great design, quiet. Doesn’t shake or wobble. It was fairly easy to install except for the receiver. I found it difficult to get all the wiring tucked in and put the “brain” in the mounting bracket.
Also Fanimation supplies a remote control, but I ended up purchasing a hardwired controller also. The remote comes with a cover for an outlet box, but I was using a double gang box with another switch. The cover plate( which is a holder for the remote ) will only work if you are using a single electrical box.

No where in the description does it say the blades are plastic. The description says Metal and "blades with multiple finish options included". This is not a product worth $300 IMO. The blades got smudged just from pulling it out of the box. Describe the product properly so people don't waste their time for nothing.
