I first purchased the "used like new" version of this fan due to significant cost savings. I already had 5 of these fans installed by the builder in my home and was very pleased with the look and performance. I noticed during the winter how much of my heated air was just trapped near the ceiling (used laser thermometer)....especially in the tray ceiling in my den.
When I received the used-like-new fan, opened the box, it was clear that the fan included the incorrect (wrong color) blades. Apparently the 1st buyer had purchased several Fanimation fans and decided it was OK to mix and match the fan parts and then return the unused parts. I ended up returning and purchasing a new fan, which had the correct blades.
I installed the fan myself (72 yrs old) and it took a couple hours, as instructions were pretty straightforward.
Fan is very sleek, and quiet, and the remote works well. I did not install the optional light feature.

Wouldn’t Buy Again
Fan didn’t work. I have 3 Fanimation Kute fans that I have installed in my home. Tried to save money by buying one from here and it wasn’t worth it. Their fan didn’t work and it took several frustrating hours to make sure the fan was bad fan. I installed it like I had the previous black Fanimation Kute fans that I bought from Lowe’s and this one just didn’t work. Checked the wiring and then tested that it was getting power. Tried re-connecting the wires, but still the fan just wouldn’t work. Wouldn’t buy from here again. It’s not worth the wasted time and effort.
