Condition was listed as open box and manufacturer’s photos used so I (wrongfully) assumed that it was just an open box with maybe a strip or two of nails missing but the box was basically obliterated. Would have been nice for seller to use actual photos of the item but I guess for the price I shouldn’t complain too much.

Received the item in a timely manner. The original packaging had definitely been opened and taped back together, but a thorough inspection of the sockets confirmed they were new. The high quality of the product was as expected of Dewalt tools. I was able to remove a bolt whose head and threads were stripped. Great Seller too. Would definitely buy from Seller again.
