Probably the most attractive yet simple fan design I've ever encountered. I'm so glad these work well, too. We have three of these in different rooms and they are the best fans I've ever owned or used. Almost silent, none of the clicking or loud whirring I'm accustomed to from ceiling fans. Plus they really move a lot of air, even on the lowest setting. The big one is more than enough for our large living room with vaulted ceilings.
No fan is easy to assemble, so make sure you are prepared to do a little electric wiring, and having an extra set of hands to help you is useful. But we installed three with absolutely no issues so it certainly can be done!
