    coupler was great but not threaded nothing I saw said anything about different down rods/extensions
    so watch down rod style to put two together need extension pole not threaded on both sides or it's loose fit on one side
    I cut off threaded end drilled hole lost 1 inch in length not a big deal was lowering fan 10 foot
