The chandelier arrived quickly and was packaged very well. We had all of the pieces required, even a little extra chain/wire leftover after hanging on 20' ceiling! There was 1 of the 9 arms was welded at a bad angle and doesn't look as level as the other, but we're just ignoring it... wasn't worth shipping back and waiting on a new one.
