Customer service among the best I have experienced also! (Unfortunately, size did not fit my needs and I missed the return window due to a hospitalization (I had the label but not shipped back yet) Customer service was very responsive and helpful to return the item. If lamp was in a smaller size I would definitely buy it! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
