I bought this light , from this seller, and It was shipping to my house very quickly. The fixture was packed well. It is a well made product. You can feel that it is heavy, not just light metal, and the glass is also quality. the combination of the black and the silver is nice. In my situation , the room is a very small half bath so the light fixture was too large. I need a fixture with one light only. I decided to return it. There was a bit of a problem in returning it, not from the seller, but because amazon did not print the label as I needed it.
I received a message from the seller, and they offered to provide a pre paid label, or provide a refund for the shipping. There seems to be a glitch between amazon giving the refund label, and the company .... but i would order from them again. They tried to resolve it, and i was able to return it.
