Subject to the above limitations, Butler may authorize repair or replacement, at its option, any part(s) of the product covered by the warranties which do not perform properly within the applicable warranty period because of defects due to faulty materials and/or workmanship. Claims under these warranties must be made by reporting any problems to the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased by the consumer who originally made the purchase. Proof of purchase is also required for warranty validation. This warranty does not cover costs of transportation that would otherwise be incurred by the consumer.
