The table I ordered through Amazon and Bison Office had several issues, including chips in the finish, and the table top inlay rocking back-and-forth. The table itself was a lot darker than it appeared in the picture. I asked for a refund. Bison Office responded by asking me for pictures of the irregularities. I sent these pictures and they offered me $50 just to keep the table and put up with the poor quality. I requested a full refund and a prepaid shipping label so that I could return this defective table back to the seller. They responded by saying they would refund the full price less the cost of shipping which I would have to bear. I contacted the actual manufacture, and I do believe they were absolutely appalled at how one of their customers (Bison Office) was treating a consumer. Butler specialty products went out of their way to help me. In the end, Butler specialty products, pressured Bison Office to give me a full refund, and I would not have to ship the table back to them. Bison Office, obviously is interested in making money, and does not care about the consumer. I would think twice before purchasing anything from Bison Office if I were you.
