    This is an EXCELLENT little chess table, very happy with it! I have seen this same table on other websites for twice the price or more. It is solid wood, well manufactured and beautifully finished from top to bottom. Easy to assemble and very stable. The only drawback I would mention is that if you are looking purely for a functional chess table, the board itself is on the smaller side -- so larger chess pieces may not play well. However as a decorative table or an occasional gamer, I don't know that you'll find a better alternative on Amazon.
