    Very nice small bookcase. I ordered a set of two. The style, color and finish fit well with my Queen Anne style cherry furniture. Color is traditional cherry, but a shade too light IMO...nothing major at all, it just makes them stand out tone-wise from my other furniture...but they are attractive looking. I had been looking for cases like these for a month both at stores and online. I could not find small, quality bookcases in this style so when I saw these at Amazon I was pleased. So nothing wrong with the cases at all, though they certainly are not cheap-in any way.

    The reason for 2 stars off was the delivery aspect. These came from Brookstone. I wouldn't use them again. They ignored my request for a tracking number for the second bookcase (since only one showed up) and case #2 sat by my garage for 4 hours in 20 degree weather since I didn't know when It was coming. I had to wait a week for the second case. It was also slightly damaged but I elected to keep it and fix it and cut my losses. I wrote Brookstone who were less interested in helping me this time. When I only got the one case, they did say they would give me a $25.00 gift card. I still don't have it. I think for the hassles they should have offered me another card. It's not the monetary thing so much as owning up to your mistakes and trying to make a bad situation positive. But since they didn't I am warning people about them.

    On a good note to end, I would recommend Butler...they make furniture and accessories mostly geared to fit smaller spaces.
