I don't usually leave reviews, but I've had this thing about a year now, and I LOVE THIS THING! It looks fantastic. Just the right amount of fan movement. Absolutely quiet, if not silent! The fade up/ down on the lighting took a little getting used to, but now it's natural to me. Install was pretty easy. Happy I had a box already anchored to the ceiling. I DID make the mistake of hooking it up to a circuit with a pre-existing dimmer switch. The unit did not work. Upon checking voltage, I was only getting 100V at the fan even with the dimmer at 100% up. Once I replaced the dimmer switch in my wall to a regular switch, the fan was getting 120V proper, and ran like a CHAMP! It's a little pricey, but at the end of the day, we love it!
