We actually found this rug in a brick and mortar nearby. It was priced a couple hundred higher and I decided to check Amazon on a whim. I am glad we did; it saved me a bit of cash and was delivered to my door. It completely changed the look of my room. The only caution I have is that, after putting this beautiful rig in my living room, my wife decided to beautify my light fixtures with some midcentury tiffany. Oh well, everything is much warmer and serene.

Beautiful rug, but sewn a little crooked in one corner
We purchased this style/color about a year ago as a runner. We love the color and the feel of the rug so we decided to order an area rug for the living room. After searching Nebraska Furniture Mart for the an area rug (where we purchased the runner) we searched Amazon and found it for about $300 less. Yes, please! The rug arrived in a timely manner, however it was folded instead of rolled and came in a box. It wasn’t wrapped in plastic and I was a little nervous that it might be used. The rug did in fact smell like new carpet and we couldn’t find any damage, so we went with it. After laying the rug out on the living room floor it appeared to both of us that the rug might be sewn a little crooked on one of the corners. After living with it for about a week and it eventually driving me insane, we flip the rug around and now I don’t feel crazy anymore. I know it’s sewn a little crooked, but it’s in the corner and what are you gonna do? We still love the rug, it’s very soft under your toes and we love the way it elevates the look of the living room.
