      This fixture was PERFECTION in our Hawaii home where we had an actual pineapple plantation. We used it above the kitchen sink, with LED bulbs. Provided plenty of light. We also installed three matching pendant lights over the nearby kitchen island, and it was altogether just spectacularly pretty and appropriate. Everyone was dazzled to see it. Was more expensive than many other options, but for the pineapple theme it was worth it.
