Purchased this fixture on 05/08 at $539.00 from Amazon. On 5/12 I was going to buy another of the exact same fixture and when I looked it up I found it for $349.00 from another vendor. When I requested a return I stated I found it cheaper from another vendor. I printed the return information and when I went back to look at the item had been reduced to $349.00. I called Amazon and requested a price adjustment. They said it would take 3 days to get approval. Needless to say I never heard from Amazon or Hinkley. I spoke to both today and they are pointing fingers as to who is at fault. At this point I just want a prepaid shipping label that Hinkley is unwilling to approve. The return will cost me at minimum $50.00. Had they done a price adjustment everyone would have been happy. I was assured by Amazon they requested it. This company does not care about good customer service. I will never buy a Hinkley product again.
