BUYER BE WARNED! People really need to be aware of what they are getting into when they buy LED light fixtures from this company. If a "light bulb" goes out, you cannot just replace it with a new bulb. You actually have to physically remove the entire fixture, pack it up, send it to Ohio, have them fix it, and then re-install it after it returns. On top of that, if you don't have your original receipt, it is a $50 charge, plus shipping and handling. In our case, our kitchen remodel was done awhile back, and a lot was done all at the same time. We do not have every single receipt. Further, having the receipt just cancels the $50. You will still have a large void in your ceiling while you wait on repairs. Finally, if you sell your house, the new owners will have quite the adventure on their hands down the line. This seems like a gimmicky company. I really wish there was more information out there, warning people about what they were getting into.
