I know the headline above might look like this is a negative review, however I have purchased or specified many Hinkley products over the years. I recently purchased two wall mount exterior light fixtures (Harbor Collection), and it wasn't until I had both mounted that I noticed the symmetry of the horizontal bars and some other components were welded out of alignment. I contacted that manufacturer and they were very helpful in getting a replacement fixture.
These are good quality light fixtures and I'm sure that problems like this are rare. I was very impressed with their customer service.
