This light gets very hot!!!!
I intended to mount this flush with the sheet rock mounted to a wood behind the rock.
This light gets so hot, and even on the inside it warns to keep away from flammable material.
with a 20 watt bulb this light is clearly meant for outdoor install surface mounted on metal, and out of the reach of children.
I like the brushed finish and the dome but maybe a LED bulb would be better just because they don't burn as hot.
The color of the light is a bright white not a dim yellow as in the picture.
Also the price on this item is a little high, no power supply comes with it. For that price a halogen dim-able power supply should be included. You are buying a metal housing and a bulb. not a complete light fixture.
I'm a lic electrical contractor and i will not buy this light again for all of the above mentioned reasons. I purchased this light fixture because it met the look my customer was going for but it is clearly a overpriced item.
