I purchased this one as replacement to the set I have installed on my property. It was a replacement for one that the tree trimmers had hit with a chain saw. It had big cuts in it, but broke the class and looked like a porcupine, but it still worked. This model is the new version, so when you need to replace the light, you just pull out the old and press the new one in. My older version is a pain when you have to replace the light. You have to dig it up, and rewire the entire pathlight with the new parts. I don't know why they ever designed it that way. If I had unlimited money, I would replace them all with this model.
