      Liked the looks of this light fixture and thought the warranty was fair until I tried to exercise it.
      I bought four of these and had them installed by an electrician. One failed after about a year so I contacted Emily at Hinkley customer service. Was met with a steady stream of questions. I supplied them with proof of purchase, pictures of how they were installed, etc. and then answered other questions as asked. I replied promptly to each request but had long waits in between for the next step. She constantly had to "check with engineers." I finally gave up and had it repaired locally. Was told it was an internal wiring issue. At this price I expected better. Buyer beware.
