    Yes this is big, but most of them are! If I could have a seat this comfy as an adult I would buy it in a heart beat. This is easy to install and will grow with your child. Don’t bother getting the infant set up though because this is not a removable clip in car seat. This is one that stays in the car all the time. No sleeping baby carried out in the seat back to the house.

    The click tight system is great but the car seat is very heavy if you have to move it a lot and the tether to tighten at each use is VERY hard to pull. I have to put a lot of effort into tightening and the grandparents can never get it tight enough.

    I have 3 of these! One for each of my kids, they are comfortable and super easy to install. The cool flow ones work well, my kids are never sweaty when I take them out after long rides.

    The one thing I would complain about is the fabric on the head rest doesn’t like to stay on. It falls down and off the head rest and exposes the foam underneath which is a pain. The newest one I have isn’t made quite the same though so I think they modified the design and fixed this issue.

    Britax is the only brand left that is still making their car seat frames out of real steel instead of plastic molds. Steel is obviously more heavy and is going to hold up to accidents a lot better than plastic. Britax seats have side impact protection too which is a huge deal as a lot of accidents are from turning and being hit on the side.

    we purchased two seats (one came in later than the other due to it being a different color). The second seat came in and was MUCH easier to install, the button for recline was smooth, and the height adjustment was easy and smooth as well. Our first seat was defective and is being returned. The seat installs incredibly securely without hardly any movement at all, unlike other brands I attempted before. No yanking, pulling, or trying to tighten the belts. I LOVE it!!! Only rating 4 stars bc of the nightmare that the first defective seat gave me. Returning the defective and keeping the one that works!

    I cannot dislike this enough. Installation was a NIGHTMARE! Spent forever trying to figure it out. Ended up watching a YouTube video for installation (which was great). Recline is not easy to do as you have to hold the button down on the side while trying to use the other hand to maneuver the seat itself. It doesn’t move easily, which becomes frustrating. Finally got this thing installed, and the height adjustment got stuck. I could not adjust the height any more, which means now the stupid thing won’t even fit inside the original box it came in bc I can’t lower the height (or make it higher). The button clicks to allow me to move it, but it’s stuck and I can’t actually adjust the height anymore e I’m BEYOND frustrated with this thing. Returning immediately.
