The Britax is easier to install, by far. You know the ClickTight, it'll be that easy again. The Britax harnesses to 49" or 20.5" top harness height. The Chicco to 54" or 19.5" top harness height. The Chicco is a very short booster, about 20.5" top booster belt guide height. The Britax goes to 22". Most kids don't need harnessing as long as possible, and there's no post crash data indicating it's better. What is important is making sure your child is harnessed to a mature booster age. At least five (because of their skeletons) and then however long after that until they realize that their actions may have dire consequences, and they can sit properly 100% of the time, including when asleep. For some kids that's right after their fifth birthday. For others it's six or even seven. But "as long as possible" for an average child may take them to eight or nine, and that's not a hill I'd die on at all.

Another option is Graco Nautilus 2.0. It has a 49” height limit and the harness raises up to 19”
The Britax is easier to install, by far.
We got the clicktight plus- it is a beast of a seat- but so easy to click into place and other than heavy easy to move from car to car.
The britax gets you more height on the booster belt guide.
