    Bought the TFIK1404VA and the TFIK1611VA for a renovated house. These really should not be anywhere this expensive for what you're getting. They do look nice at a distance. But close-up you'll notice the glass is actually plastic. Also the metalwork on the shades are is very uneven/rough and in some spots brittle.

    The track lighting has one big flaw. It only adheres to the mounting bracket by a single screw post and cap in the middle of the base. This causes the base to move very easily and mine actually was uneven as well. Even if you tighten the center cap a lot, the base and lighting is so large that it will move if you try to adjust the lamp shades.

    I also had issues with the flush mount fixture. It had machine oil on it in the packaging. Trying to remove it actually took off some of the finish from the metalwork. It also left imprints on the "glass", where the plastic wrapping was. I tried contacting Quoizel, but have never got a single response.

    Not a fan of these at all. Too many issues and no customer support. That and the high price tag. Won't be buying Quoizel again.

    I bought this light in Feb. because we are remolding our kitchen and wanted to place it over my island. When the product arrived it was intact so we didn't think any else about it. We put it away until we were ready to install it. Yesterday I was excited to finally get it put up only to see that the product is defective. The little poles coming from the base of the light don't measure equally and there for the light hangs lop sided! my return window is now closed! I loved this light but It can't hang over my island like that!
