This store wanted to prevent a return. I bought this chandelier and it was delivered a month late. When I got it and hooked it up, I knew right away I needed to return it. As soon as I turned it on it blinded my eyes. Not because of the bulbs but because the inside is shiny and the glare is blinding. When I tried to return it, I was told I had to pay for the return and a restocking fee since it was ordered over 30 days because I had hooked it up. They also told me my return was considered buyers remorse so they wouldn’t extend the return date even tho they delivered late. Needless to say I kept it. The outside is so beautiful but the inside is shiny and reflective. I put dimmer bulbs in so the room is a wired yellow when it’s on. But like I said…… during the day it’s amazing. Anyway, the company is shady. If you’re thinking about trying it don’t use Amazon, but it got a brick and mortar.
