In my opinion a 'new' item includes everything, even if it's in a different box. My fauly for not asking I guess. Seller was hostile when I contacted him about it and claims I should have known it was incomplete. Claims he 'sells thousands of items per year' but doesn't take the time to know what he's listing. Would not recommend dealing with this seller.

    The cable was clearly laid out and shown, says its their fault for not asking but then claims I dont know what im listing. Never once said it was incomplete because the listing was never incomplete. Buyer lacked basic sense.
