We recommend leaving approximately 30"- 36" between the bottom of your fixture and the surface of your dining table. The width of your fixture should be at least 6" narrower than the width of your table.

Kitchen Size Guide - Pendant

Kitchen Table

Choose a fixture with a width measuring between 1/2 and 3/4 the diameter of around table. As with other surfaces, we recommend leaving approximately 30"- 36" between the bottom of your fixture and the top of your table.

    Edit: I'm the person who reported a potential problem with this product. What seems to have happened is that the directions list several hardware parts and give directions for attaching them, But they were pre-attached to the base at the factory. So it looks like they are missing when you open the box.
    It's a really beautiful lamp. The shipper is trying to help me with installation.
    Amazon customer service does not really have any information about the lamp and unfortunately I was made to deal with them because they fulfilled the order. If you have questions you are better off talking to the shippers or Quoizel

    You will notice that there are few parts when you open up the box and unlike other Quioizel lamps ( I ordered others) there is no hardware bag. But it's just a simple, streamlined lamp and the hardware is pre-attached.

    This light fixture doesn't look to me as nice as it did in the picture. Seems cheaply made; the "jewels" are obviously just glued on, and not too carefully, and their color is not elegant at all. The weight of the fixture is indicative of the quality of the material -- very light, not much substance there. Everything else about it seems average to me.

    Purchased this light for the look and wasn't disappointed. It seemed too large for the small room, when unpacked, but it looks just fine installed. The light requires three light bulbs, not included. While I knew it, at this price the bulbs should be included. I've added three LOHAS LED A19 Bulb, 60-Watt Light Bulbs Equivalent, LED 9 Watt Soft White 3000K Lighting, LED Medium Screw Base (E26) Lights, 120 Volt, LED Light Bulbs for Home light, 240 Degree Beam Angle (6 Pack) that proved to be too much for the small room. Removed two of them and it is just fine for the small room.

    The installation was easy, replaced an existing ceiling light. The glass shade is secured to the base by three latches, two stationary, one is spring loaded. Be careful with the spring loaded latch, it's a strong spring. Grabing it is cumbersome and can easily slip out of your hand and slams on the glass. I hope I'll remember my own advise, if I have to replace the light bulb, and won't break the glass shade. Quoizel should use a weaker, or soft close spring similarly to the kitchen draws and doors. For no light bulbs and strong spring latch, it should be 3 1/2 and not four stars..

    Fun light and well made. It is glass and it almost reminds me of marbles stuck in the glass. It is modern and solid with a bit of whimsy. I feel like my Grandmother using the word, whimsy, but it works. The light is about the size of a large circular serving platter. It gives off a lot of light. We used three 60 watt equivalent LED bulbs and we really need to go with less light since it puts out a lot with the 60 watt. We have one in our kids bathroom and in the hallway outside their bathroom. Everyone comments how great it is. We had our contractor install it and he said it was an easy install.

    This light didn't meet my expectations. I inserted three 60 Watt Halogen light bulbs and the light is not very bright. The fixture itself doesn't fit snugly to the drywall kitchen ceiling and so wonder if the lamp fixture is warped. The electrician was not able to get a close fit and worked on installing more time than he ordinarily would because of the problem in not get a flush mount. I wanted a snug fit because there is steam in the kitchen. I wouldn't spend my money on this pricey item again because I wanted good lighting in the kitchen and am not getting that.
